About Us
Established in May 2017, we are a family run pizzeria, with extensive experience in making pizzas.
A culinary tour of Italy last year gave us the opportunity to visit many of the country's regions, from Rome to Venice, Tuscany to Naples, tasting the different types of pizzas specific to each region along the way and speaking with the local pizza makers to learn their methods and techniques.
We've brought this knowledge back to create a menu inspired by our food experience, borrowing the best of what each region has to offer. We are dedicated to only using the freshest and highest quality ingredients such as pancetta, shaved virginian ham, casalingo, real Spanish chorizo, large prawns as well as bocconcini and top class caboolture mozzarella cheese from Queensland, to provide our customers with a traditional and authentic pizza experience
